摘 要:为了探究水质相同或相近前提下将多光谱水深反演模型推广至无实测数据海域的可行性,利用WorldView-2影像、GeoEye-1影像及相应实测水深数据于南海北岛海域、甘泉岛海域开展研究,在北岛海域提取3组样本数据,在甘泉岛海域提取1组样本数据。其中,利用北岛A组样本构建Stumpf比值模型、Lyzenga对数线性模型、比值统计模型,利用北岛B组、C组样本验证水深模型的反演精度。结果显示:各模型在海底类型相似的B组海域的验证精度较高,相关系数(r)、均方根误差(root mean squared error,RMSE)、平均绝对误差(mean absolute error,MAE)值依次仅约为0.9、1.1、0.9 m;在海底差异较大的C组区域,反演精度明显变差,r值低于0.7,RMSE、MAE值分别增加至2.2 m、1.6 m以上。此外,还将北岛A组样本的Stumpf比值模型推广至海底类型相似的甘泉岛海域,反演精度介于B组、C组精度之间,验证样本的r、RMSE、MAE值依次为0.821、1.961 m、1.420 m。研究结果表明:水质相同或相近前提下,海底类型极大地影响水深模型的反演精度;在海底类型相同或相似的海域,水深反演模型的推广可行性更高。Under the assumption of the same or similar water quality,to research the feasibility of extending multispectral water depth model to the area without in-situ data,WorldView-2 image,GeoEye-1 image and corresponding in-situ water depths were used to carry out research in the North Island sea area and Robert island sea area.Three groups of samples were extracted from the North Island sea area,and one group of samples was extracted from the Robert island sea area.Three models,Stumpf ratio model,Lyzenga log-linear model and ratio statistical model were constructed using Group A samples.These three models were applied on the Group B samples and the Group C samples.For Group B samples with similar bottom types as A,the retrieved accuracy are relatively good,and the correlation coefficient(r),root mean squared error(RMSE)and mean absolute error(MAE)are only about 0.9,1.1 m and 0.9 m.For Group C samples with large bottom difference as A,the accuracy gets obviously worse,r is less than 0.7,RMSE and MAE are more than 2.2 m and 1.6 m respectively.The Stumpf ratio model was also applied from Group A samples to the Robert Island area,which had similar bottom types as A.It achieves an acceptable accuracy,which is between that of Group B and Group C,with r,RMSE and MAE being 0.821,1.961 m and 1.420 m respectively.This research shows that,when the water quality is the same or similar,bottom types greatly affects the accuracy of water depth model extension.In the sea areas with the same or similar bottom types,the water depth retrieving model has better extension feasibility.
