摘　　要：警察公共关系活动已经成为公安机关重要的管理战略,而警察公共关系建设的核心是警民关系和谐共建。通过树立正确的执法理念、加强执法规范化、提升群众工作能力、利用新技术新媒介搭建警民联系新平台、建立完善联系群众的长效机制、树立新时期警察新形象等路径,来构建和谐警民关系。Police public relations have become an important management strategy of public security organs,and the core of its construction is the harmonious building of police-civilian relations.Therefore,it is necessary to establish a correct law enforcement concept,strengthen the standardization of law enforcement,improve the ability of the masses work,use new technologies and medias to build a new platform for police and civilian contact,establish and improve a long-term mechanism for contacting the masses,and establish a new image of the police in the new era,etc.,so as to build a harmonious police-civil relations.
