摘 要:目的分析重庆市新型冠状病毒肺炎确诊病例的流行特征,为防控策略制定提供依据。方法对2020-01-21/03-14以来重庆市报告的新型冠状病毒肺炎确诊病例流行特征进行描述性流行病学分析。结果重庆市共报告新型冠状病毒肺炎确诊病例576例,死亡6例,病死率1.04%;输入病例240例,本地感染病例336例。以1月24~26日为发病高峰,报告高峰在1月30日;除南川区、北碚外,其余37个区县均有病例报告;渝东北片区发病率最高(3.26/10万);男女性别比例为1.11∶1;以30~70岁年龄为主(77.78%),高峰年龄组为30~40岁;职业人群以农民/民工/工人为主(208例,36.11%),医务人员病例2例(0.35%)。疾病严重程度主要为轻型和普通型(480例,83.16%)。结论重庆市针对COVID-19疫情的防控措施积极有效。新型冠状病毒肺炎具有较强的传播性,限制人员流动、减少人群接触,有利于疫情的控制。Objective To analyze the epidemic characteristics of comfirmed cases of COVID-19 in Chongqing,and to provide the basis for formulating prevention and control strategies.Methods The epidemic characteristics of COVID-19 confirm cases reported from January 21 to March14,2020 were analyzed by descriptive epidemiology.Results Total 576 confirm cases were reported in Chongqing,and 6 cases died,the mortality rate was 1.04%,about 240 cases were imported cases and 336 cases were local infection cases.The peak of incidence was from January 24 to 26,and the peak of report was on January 30.Cases were reported in 37 districts and counties,only except Nanchuan and Beibei;The incidence rate of Northeast of Chongqing was the highest(3.26/10 million).The ratio of male to female was 1.11∶1,the main age group was 30-70 years old(77.78%),and the highest group was aged 30-40 years old.The main occupational population was farmers,migrant workers and workers(208 cases,accounting for 36.11%),and there were 2 medical staff cases(0.35%).The severity was mainly mild and common(480 cases,accounted for 83.16%).Conclusion The prevention and control measures of covid-19 epidemic in Chongqing are active and effective.The COVID-19 has strong transmissibility,but restriction of personnel flow and reduce the contact of crowd are beneficial to the control of epidemic situation.
