摘 要:运用供需理论、弹性理论、市场结构理论进行分析,发现海南蔬菜零售价格长期偏高主要是受到海南蔬菜种植生产成本高、本地蔬菜生产能力不足、外部供给蔬菜批发环节多推高蔬菜价格、蔬菜零售终端环节加价幅度大以及消费者偏好、自然灾害及极端气候等原因的影响。据此,提出了提高菜农种菜积极性、增加本地蔬菜供给,构建合理的蔬菜流通渠道、降低流通费用,鼓励民间自运蔬菜入岛、在适当地点开设公益市场摊位等对策建议。Based on the analysis of supply and demand theory,elasticity theory and market structure theory,this paper found that the continuous high retail price of vegetables in Hainan is mainly due to the high production cost of vegetable planting in Hainan,the insufficient production capacity of local vegetables,the higher vegetable prices pushed by the wholesale links of external supply,the large price increase in vegetable retail terminal links,the consumer preference,natural disasters and extreme climate.In view of this,this paper put forward some countermeasures and suggestions,such as improving the enthusiasm of vegetable growers,increasing the supply of local vegetables,constructing reasonable vegetable circulation channels,reducing the circulation costs,encouraging people to bring vegetables into Island by themselves,and opening public welfare market stalls in appropriate places.
