跨境电商物流联盟模式运作的优化路径探讨

摘　　要：伴随国际贸易的深化发展,跨境电商物流联盟模式逐渐成为中国对外经贸的新引擎。立足跨境电商物流联盟发展的基本状况,从跨境电商、政策环境、基础设施、核心技术等视角分析了联盟模式发展的优势。在此基础上,研究了当前跨境电商物流联盟模式运作中存在的风险,进而提出了成立市场精准调研预测组织,联合应用跨境电商物流保险;创新“互联网+跨境物流+金融”模式,打造综合服务平台;挖掘智慧物流核心技术,建立精准包裹追踪系统;建立联盟合作协调管理机制,签订长期合作协议;深耕垂直细分资产,推进新金融与传统金融服务融合等优化路径。With the deep development of international trade,the cross-border e-commerce logistics alliance mode has gradually become a new engine of China’s foreign economic and trade.Based on the basic situation of the development of cross-border e-commerce logistics alliance,this paper analyzed the advantages of the alliance mode from the perspectives of cross-border e-commerce,policy environment,infrastructure and core technology.On this basis,it studied the risks in the operation of the current cross-border e-commerce logistics alliance model,and then proposed that we should establish an accurate market research and prediction organization,and jointly apply cross-border e-commerce logistics insurance;innovate“Internet+cross-border logistics+finance”mode to build a comprehensive service platform;explore the core technology of intelligent logistics,establish accurate package tracking system,set up alliance cooperation and coordination management mechanism,sign long-term cooperation agreement,further study the vertical segmentation assets to promote theoptimization paths such as the integration of new finance and traditional financial services.
