摘 要:新消费的可及性可以理解为新消费品与服务的可获得性、价格的可负担性、使用或享用手段与技术的便捷性、与社会伦理及价值观的适配性。作为一个具有多学科内涵的概念,可及性为新消费研究提供了新的理论视角,为双循环新发展格局建构提供了新思路。新消费可及性的现实价值主要通过提升“双循环”的需求链水平、产业链水平和价值链水平等途径实现。提升新消费的可及性,需实现供应链系统从外向依存向自主可控转变,科学技术创新从注重应用创新向应用创新和基础创新并重转变,居民收入结构从哑铃型结构向纺锤型结构转变,新消费基础设施从非均衡发展向均衡化发展转变。The accessibility of new consumption can be understood as the availability of new consumer goods and services,the affordability of price,the convenience of using or enjoying means and technology,and the adaptability of social ethics and values.As a concept with multi-disciplinary connotationf accessibility can add a new theoretical perspective to the new consumption research,and provide a new idea for the construction of double cycle new development pattern.In the process of constructing the new development pattern of double circulation,the practical value of new consumption accessibility is mainly realized by improving the demand chain level,industry chain level and value chain level of"double circulation".To improve the accessibility of new consumption,we need to realize the transformation of supply chain system from external dependence to independent control,the shift of science and technology innovation from a focus on application innovation to an equal attention paid to application innovation and basic innovationf the change of residents,income structure from dumbbell structure to spindle structure,and the transformation of new consumption infrastructure from unbalanced development to balanced development.
