摘 要:【目的】对66.5%霜霉威盐酸盐水剂在黄瓜中的安全性进行评价,研究该农药在黄瓜上的残留趋势,为该药在黄瓜上的合理使用及限量标准的制定提供参考。【方法】采用一次性喷撒法进行田间降解动力学试验,施药剂量108.6 g·hm^(-2),施药2次,施药间隔7 d,利用液相色谱串联质谱法对农药残留物进行检测。【结果】黄瓜中66.5%霜霉威盐酸盐水剂添加浓度为0.05、0.15、1.50、5.00 mg·kg^(-1)时,霜霉威盐酸盐水剂平均回收率72%~107%,相对标准偏差1.7%~3.2%。在湖南长沙、广西南宁、浙江杭州这3个试验点,霜霉威盐酸盐水剂在黄瓜上的残留量变化趋势符合一级动力学方程C_(t)=C_(0) e^(-kt)。霜霉威盐酸盐水剂在黄瓜上的半衰期T_(1/2)为1.1~4.9 d,属于易于降解的农药(T_(1/2)<30 d)。【结论】在黄瓜上使用66.5%的霜霉威盐酸盐水剂的推荐剂量为108.6 g·hm^(-2),施药次数为2次,安全间隔期为7 d,收获时,霜霉威盐酸盐残留量符合标准,可以安全使用。【Aim】The safety of 66.5%propamocarb hydrochloride aqueous solutions(AS)in cucumber was evaluated,and the residual content of the pesticide on cucumber was studied,providing a scientific basis for the rational use of this pesticide.【Method】A 108.6 g·hm^(-2) dose of propamocarb was sprayed twice on cucumber crops,with a 7 day interval between each application.Samples were collected after the last pesticide application.The concentrations of propamocarb hydrochloride residue were detected using liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry(LC-MS/MS).【Result】When the concentration of 66.5%propamocarb hydrochloride AS was 0.05,0.15,1.50,and 5.00 mg·kg^(-1) in the cucumber,the average recovery of the propamocarb hydrochloride was 72%-107%,with a relative standard deviation(RSD)ranging from 1.7%to 3.2%.Degradation dynamics of propamocarb hydrochloride residue in Changsha,Nanning,and Hangzhou in cucumber were followed the first-order kinetic equation C_(t)=C_(0) e^(-kt).The half-life(T_(1/2))of propamocarb hydrochloride AS on cucumbers was 1.1-4.9 d,which was a easily degradable pesticide(T_(1/2)<30 d).【Conclusion】According to the research results in 12 places,we suggest that the optimal dosage of 66.5%propamocarb hydrochloride AS applied on cucumber is 108.6 g·hm-2,and the interval period between two applications should be 7 days.When harvesting,the concentrations of residual propamocarb hydrochloride would thus meet the residual standard requirements.
