摘　　要：分析整合近5年美国《科学引文索引》(Science Citation Index,SCI)收录发表的针灸干预肿瘤治疗相关文献,SCI收录针灸干预肿瘤治疗研究共82篇,现阶段研究重点在于证明针灸疗法的有效性、安全性,研究方向集中于针灸缓解肿瘤放化疗引发的不良反应和癌症相关症状,针刺为主要的治疗方法。针灸疗法在肿瘤治疗领域是可接受且有效的一种支持疗法,对化疗相关不良反应,如恶心呕吐、潮热、周围神经病变,以及癌性疼痛、疲劳、上肢淋巴水肿等症状疗效确切。今后应更多地设计符合针灸作用特点、合理对照的高质量研究,针灸抑瘤作用、增加化疗靶向性作用的研究可能是新方向。This paper analyzes and integrates literature on acupuncture and moxibustion intervention for tumor treatment published in Science Citation Index(SCI)of the United States in the past 5 years.A total of 82 papers on acupuncture and moxibustion intervention in tumor treatment research were included in SCI.The current research focused on proving the effectiveness and safety of acupuncture therapy,and acupuncture to alleviate adverse reactions caused by tumor chemotherapy and cancer-related symptoms,with acupuncture as the main treatment method.Acupuncture is an acceptable and effective supportive therapy in the field of cancer treatment,and has curative effects in the treatment of chemotherapy-related adverse reactions such as nausea and vomiting,hot flushes,peripheral neuropathy,and symptoms such as cancerous pain,fatigue,and lymphedema in the upper extremities.More high-quality studies should be designed in line with the characteristics of acupuncture and moxibustion with a reasonable control group.The research on acupuncture and moxibustion′s anti-tumor effect and effect of increasing the targeting effect of chemotherapy may be a new direction.
