摘　　要：马克思共同体思想与人类社会的发展问题密切相关。受马克思共同体思想的启示,高校学生事务应该加强协同,探索并实践符合教育规律且科学有效的体制、机制和路径,构建以学生事务中心为平台的“联动”体制,完善协作治理、自主交叉、跟进运作的“导学”机制,形成稳定合作、理性自由、务实发展的“融通”路径。Marx's concept of community is closely related to the development of human society.Inspired by Marx's concept of community,colleges and universities should improve student affairs management through strengthening coordination and cooperation,exploring and implementing scientific and effective systems,mechanisms and paths that are in accord with educational laws,specifically formulating the al-liance system with student affairs division as a platform and perfecting the learning-guidance mecha-nism characterized by cooperative management,overlapping linkage and follow-up operation so as to construct a coordinated working route of stable cooperation,rational freedom and practical development.
