摘 要:涡街流量计存在易受管道振动干扰和难以测量小雷诺数流量的难题,需要开发更为复杂的数字信号处理算法予以解决。现有的涡街流量变送器的内存容量不足以实时实现这类算法,若在现有的系统上外扩内存,则无法满足低功耗的要求。为此,采用TI公司最新推出的66 KB大容量内存的超低功耗单片机MSP430F6459为核心,研制低功耗实时处理的涡街流量变送器系统。研制系统的功耗为2.693 mA,反应时间小于300 ms,满足低功耗和实时性的要求。测量涡街频率和电流输出电路的最大相对误差分别为0.4022%和0.0025%,HART通信模块可准确的调制和解调FSK信号,实现了大内存、低功耗、实时处理的高精度涡街流量变送器系统。Vortex flowmeters have the problems of being tolerant of pipeline vibration interference and difficult to measure small Reynolds number flow.Therefore,it is necessary to develop more complex digital signal processing algorithms to solve this problem.The memory capacity of the existing vortex flow transmitter is not enough to implement such algorithms in real time.If the memory is expanded on the existing system,low power consumption cannot be achieved.Using TI s latest 66 KB large-capacity memory ultra-low-power single-chip MSP430F6459 as the core,a low-power real-time processing vortex flow transmitter system is developed.The development system power consumption is 2.693 mA,and the response time is less than 300 ms,which meets the requirements of low power consumption and real-time performance.The maximum relative errors of measuring vortex frequency and current output are 0.4022%and 0.0025%respectively.The HART communication module can accurately modulate and demodulate FSK signals.A high-precision vortex flow transmitter system with large memory,low power consumption and real-time processing is realized.
