摘  要:采用双螺杆挤出造粒工艺制备出空心玻璃微珠(HGM)填充玻纤增强尼龙66复合材料,而后采用单螺杆挤出工艺制得尼龙66隔热条,测试了尼龙隔热条的密度和拉伸性能,分析了HGM的填充量对尼龙隔热条密度和拉伸性能的影响。结果表明,HGM的加入,可以明显地降低尼龙隔热条的密度;当HGM的添加量为5%时,尼龙隔热条的拉伸性能较好,综合性能满足标准要求,且隔热条质量减轻了5.5%,轻量化效果明显。By using twin-screw extrusion granulation process hollow glass beads(HGM)are prepared to fill glass-fiber reinforced nylon 66 Composites,and By using single-screw extrusion process nylon 66 insulation strips are prepared.Then the density and tensile properties of nylon insulation strip are tested,and the influence of HGM content on the density and tensile properties is analyzed.The results show that the addition of HGM can significantly reduce the density of nylon insulation strip.When the content of HGM is 5%,the tensile property of nylon heat insulation strip is good,the comprehensive properties meet the standard requirements,the weight of heat insulation strip is reduced by 5.5%,and the lightweight effect is obvious.
