摘  要:以3500 kN立式摩擦焊机导柱作为研究对象,首先进行有限元模拟,分析结果表明导柱有很大的改进空间。接着对导柱进行拓扑优化,优化结果作为材料最佳分布形式的参考。然后基于改进后的结构,对导柱进行六西格玛优化和可靠性分析。最后得到导柱的最优改进方案,导柱的整体质量减轻约16.76%。优化结果表明,将拓扑与参数优化相结合的优化方法应用于导柱的优化设计,效果显著。Taking the 3500 kN continuous drive vertical friction welder guide column as the research object,the finite element simulation is firstly carried out.The analysis results show that the guide column has much space for improvement.The topology of the guide column is optimized,and the optimization result is used as a reference for the best distribution of materials.Based on the improved structure,the guide pillar is subjected to Six Sigma optimization and reliability analysis.Finally,the optimal improvement scheme of the guide column is obtained,and the overall quality of the guide column is reduced by about 16.76%.The optimization results show that the optimization method combining topology and parameter optimization has certain application value to the optimization design of the guide column.
