摘  要:以TBT-ML500深孔钻床的主轴箱为研究对象,首先采用SolidWorks建立主轴箱的三维模型,然后将其与ANSYS Workbench进行关联,以避免数据在传输过程中丢失,再在Workbench中对主轴箱进行静动态分析。初选主轴箱的8个尺寸参数作为设计变量,并对其进行参数相关性分析,选出对主轴箱质量影响最大的3个参数,对主轴箱进行结构轻量化设计。结果表明:在满足主轴箱静动态特性的前提下,质量减轻了9.77%,实现了轻量化设计。Taking the TBT-ML500 deep hole drilling machine headstock as the research object,the parametric model of the headstock is established by SolidWorks,and the static and dynamic analysis of the original headstock model are carried out in Workbench.According to the analysis results,8 size parameters of the headstock are selected as the design variables,and the parameter correlation is carried out to screen out the 3 parameters that had the greatest impact on the headstock quality.On this basis,lightweight design is carried out.The results show that under the premise of satisfying the static and dynamic characteristics of the headstock,the mass is reduced by 9.77%and the lightweight design is realized.
