摘 要:为了更精确地检测双馈风力发电机组齿轮箱的故障,提出了一种改进的基于EEMD-HHT的无转速计阶比分析方法。采用EEMD方法对齿轮箱振动信号进行分解,并利用相关系数法提取敏感IMF分量,然后采用HHT法和Teager能量算子法联合对敏感IMF分量进行瞬时频率估计,利用瞬时频率拟合瞬时转速进而计算鉴相时标,将时域信号转换为角域信号进行故障分析。最后通过仿真信号分析以及工程实际应用证明了该方法在转速波动条件下具有良好的故障诊断效果。In order to detect the gearbox fault of doubly fed wind turbine more accurately,an improved order analysis method without tachometer based on EEMD-HHT is proposed.The EEMD method is used to decompose the gearbox vibration signal,and the correlation coefficient method is used to extract the sensitive IMF component.Then the HHT method and Teager energy operator method are used to estimate the instantaneous frequency of the sensitive IMF component.The instantaneous frequency is used to fit the instantaneous speed,and then the phase discrimination time scale is calculated.The time domain signal is converted into the angle domain signal for fault analysis.Finally,the simulation signal analysis and engineering application show that the method has good fault diagnosis effect under the condition of speed fluctuation.
