摘　　要：作为电力系统日常检修工作中的基本环节,低压线路停电检修工作意义重大。虽然属于基本操作,但检修人员的业务能力、检修进展是否符合预期以及安全与否均是不可忽视的要素。期望按质按量地完成停电检修任务,就要求技术人员把控好各环节的技术要求,并且做好技术人员间协调合作。从日常操作来说,应严格按照标准制度将各项安全细则和关键环节落实到位,定期展开人员培训,由此才能切实提升技术人员的责任意识,从源头上把控好检修工作质量和安全性,保证技术人员在停电检修中能够全程集中注意力,避免因为松懈造成安全事故,为线路检修的如期交付奠定稳固基础。As the basic link in the daily maintenance work of power system,low-voltage line outage maintenance work is of great significance.Although it is a basic operation,the professional ability of maintenance personnel,whether the maintenance progress meets the expectation and whether it is safe or not are all factors that can not be ignored.Expect to complete the power outage maintenance task according to the quality and quantity,it requires technical personnel to control the technical requirements of each link,and do a good job of coordination and cooperation between technical personnel.In terms of daily operation,all safety rules and key links should be implemented in strict accordance with the standard system,and personnel training should be carried out on a regular basis,so as to effectively enhance the sense of responsibility of technical personnel,control the quality and safety of maintenance work from the source,ensure that technical personnel can focus on the whole process of power outage maintenance,and avoid safety accidents caused by laxity,so as to improve the quality of maintenance work Lay a solid foundation for the timely delivery of line maintenance.
