摘 要:本文设计了一种专用于国内某型反应堆棒控棒测系统的LCR电桥装置,该装置可通过测量控制棒专用传感器的容值变化从而精确判断控制棒的运行位置。本文分别对LCR电桥装置的系统设计、信号源设计、信号检测等各部分实现方案作了简要说明。该研究成果目前已经成功应用于我国某型反应堆的原型样机,棒位测量精度≤3mm,通过与国内外同类产品的性能比较,该装置的性能指标达到国内领先水平,接近世界先进水平。This article describes a kind of LCR bridge device specially dedicated to a certain type of reactor rod control rod measuring system in China.The device can accurately determine the operation position of the control rod by measuring change in the capacitance of the dedicated sensor for the control rod.This article explains the system design,signal source design,signal detection and other parts of LCR bridge device.The research results have been successfully applied to the prototype of a certain type of reactor in our country,and the measuring accuracy of rod position is less than or equal to 3 mm.Compared with similar products at home and abroad,the performance of the device has reached the domestic leading level and is close to the world advanced level.
