浅谈电动轮边制动系统在沿海门座机的应用

摘　　要：本文根据目前沿海门座机使用单位对起重机动态防风安全的要求,通过广泛调研收集了沿海门座式起重机各种形式的抗风防滑制动系统的应用情况,提出了一种应用于沿海门座机辅助工作防风的新型电动轮边制动系统,在对本系统核心装置电动轮边制动器与传统的液压轮边制动器进行对比分析的基础上,解析了电动轮边制动系统的各项功能特点,体现了本系统作为沿海门座机辅助防风系统的优越性。According to the current requirements of the users of the coastal gantry crane for the dynamic windproof safety of the crane,through extensive investigation and collection of the application of various forms of anti wind and anti-skid braking system of the coastal gantry crane,this paper puts forward a new electric wheel side braking system applied to the coastal gantry crane auxiliary work windproof On the basis of the comparative analysis of the hydraulic wheel side brake system,this paper analyzes the functional characteristics of the electric wheel side brake system,which reflects the superiority of the system as the auxiliary windproof system of the sea gate.
