摘　　要：本文简述了一矿选煤厂粒级煤系统粗煤泥分级工艺和设备,介绍了水介质旋流器的工作原理。该厂通过针对性对设备工作参数的调整和改进措施,使得工艺环节分级效率有了很大的改善,达到了生产实际的要求。This paper briefly describes the coarse slime classification process and equipment of the coal classification system in No.1 Coal Preparation Plant,and introduces the working principle of the water medium cyclone.Through the targeted adjustment and improvement measures of equipment working parameters,the classification efficiency of process links has been greatly improved,and the actual production requirements have been met.
