图书馆离退休支部党建工作的思考——以中国人民大学图书馆为例

摘　　要：要根据习近平总书记的指示“用心用情做好老干部工作”,要按照党中央关于离退休干部“基本政治待遇不变”的方针,落实离退休干部的政治待遇,从政治上关心他们。加强离退休教职工的思想政治工作,使广大离退休教职工在政治上同党中央保持一致,为学校的改革、建设和发展继续做出贡献。针对图书馆离退休党员的现状和离退休支部党建工作中存在的问题,该文提出改进图书馆离退休支部党建工作的措施,主要从感性和理性两个层面考量。According to the instructions of General Secretary Xi Jinping,to“do a good job in the work of veteran cadres with heart and soul”,we should implement the political treatment of retired cadres and care for them politically in accordance with the Party Central Committee’s policy of“keeping the basic political treatment unchanged”.It is necessary to strengthen the ideological and political work of retired teachers and staff,so that the majority of retired teachers and staff are politically consistent with the Party Central Committee,and continue to contribute to the reform,construction and development of schools.In the light of the present situation of the retired Party members in the library and the problems existing in the Party building work of the retired Party branch,this paper puts forward some measures for improving the Party building work of retired Party branch in the library,which are mainly considered from two aspects of sensibility and rationality.
