摘 要:使用流体仿真软件AVL-FIRE建立了缸内直喷汽油机颗粒捕集器(gasoline particulate filter,GPF)的数值模型,并根据相关试验数据验证了模型的准确性。模拟计算了不同排气参数下的GPF压降及积炭量,以此分析了排气氧浓度、NO浓度及排气温度等参数对GPF再生平衡状态的影响。结果表明:氧浓度越高越有利于达到再生平衡状态,在排气温度为800 K的条件下,当氧气的质量分数为2%时,GPF不能达到再生平衡状态,当氧气的质量分数由2%增加到7%时,GPF可达到再生平衡状态。NO浓度对GPF压降有较大的影响,在排气温度为800 K及氧气的质量分数为7%的条件下,当NO的质量分数由0增加到0.2%时,再生平衡状态下GPF的压降减少了11.6%。升高排气温度有利于GPF达到再生平衡状态,在氧气质量分数为2%的条件下,当排气温度由800 K增加到1000 K时,GPF可达到再生平衡状态。A numerical model of the direct injection gasoline engine particulate filter(GPF)was established by using the numerical simulation software AVL-FIRE,and the model was verified based on relevant experimental data.The effects of exhaust parameters including exhaust oxygen concentration,NO concentration and exhaust temperature on the GPF regeneration equilibrium state were analyzed by calculating the pressure drop and carbon load of the GPF under different exhaust parameters.The results show that the higher oxygen concentration is beneficial for reaching the regeneration equilibrium state.With the exhaust temperature of 800 K,GPF couldn t reach the regeneration equilibrium when the oxygen mass concentration is 2%,and GPF can reach the regeneration equilibrium state when the oxygen mass concentration increases from 2%to 7%.NO mass concentration has a great impact on the pressure drop of GPF.With the exhaust temperature of 800 K and the oxygen mass concentration of 7%,the pressure drop in the regeneration equilibrium state decreases by 11.6%as the exhaust NO mass concentration increases from 0 to 0.2%.The higher temperature is better for reaching the regeneration equilibrium state for GPF.At the oxygen mass concentration of 2%,GPF can reach the regeneration equilibrium state when the exhaust temperature increases from 800 K to 1000 K.
