摘 要:为降低具备双高压油泵的船用柴油机的共轨压力波动水平,提出了一种基于模型的双泵协同共轨压力控制方法。针对高压共轨系统的结构特点,建立了喷油量、供油量与共轨压力变化的简化模型;设计了以最小压力偏差为目标的双泵协同策略,确定工作油泵数量;设计了基于模型的主动抗扰控制算法,采用基于模型的前馈控制,反映燃油系统部件状态,采用主动抗扰方法抑制轨压波动,利用即时观测器实时估计和补偿系统扰动。在船用柴油机仿真平台对控制方法进行验证,仿真结果表明,双泵协同策略利用了双油泵供油量大的优势,同时避免了供油量多时超调量过大的问题;与传统比例积分微分控制方法相比,基于模型的双泵协调轨压控制方法在阶跃测试时可将超调量降低77%以上;使用时间乘以误差绝对值积分指标评价控制效果,采用基于模型的双泵协同轨压控制方法的控制效果较传统方法可改善66%以上。In order to reduce the common rail pressure fluctuation of marine diesel engines with dual high-pressure oil pumps,a model-based dual-pump cooperative common rail pressure control method was proposed.In view of the structural characteristics of the high-pressure common rail system,a simplified model of fuel injection volume,fuel supply volume and common rail pressure change was established.A dual-pump coordination strategy aimed at minimum pressure deviation was designed to determine the number of fuel supply pumps.A model-based active disturbance rejection control algorithm was designed.Model-based feedforward control was used to reflect the status of fuel system components,active disturbance rejection control was used to suppress rail pressure fluctuations,and real-time observers were used to estimate and compensate system disturbances online.The control method was verified on the marine diesel engine simulation platform.The simulation results show that the dual-pump cooperative strategy takes advantage of the large fuel supply of the dual-fuel pump,and at the same time avoids the problem of excessive overshoot when the fuel supply is large.Compared with the traditional PID control method,the model-based dual-pump coordinated rail pressure control method can reduce the overshoot by more than 77%during the step test.Using integrated time absolute error index to evaluate the control effect,the model-based dual-pump coordinated rail pressure control method can improve the control effect by more than 66%compared with the traditional method.
