摘  要:研究分化培养30 d内适合山丹丹愈伤组织分化成芽的外源激素组合。以继代培养的山丹丹愈伤组织为材料,以6-BA、IBA、TDZ为外源激素,采用正交实验设计。结果表明,在分化培养的第19 d陆续有小叶片从愈伤组织上分化出来,28 d时愈伤组织分化达到最大值,同时有部分愈伤组织开始死亡。外源激素对山丹丹愈伤组织分化的影响依次为TDZ>6-BAI>BA。适合山丹丹愈伤组织分化培养的培养基组合为MS+6-BA 1.5 mg/L+IBA 0.2 mg/L+蔗糖25 g/L,pH=6.8,分化率达到72.72%。The combination of exogenous hormones suitable for Lilium pumilum.DC callus to differentiate into buds within 30 days of differentiation culture was studied.Used subculture callusas as materials,6-BA,IBA and TDZ were used as exogenous hormones,and the orthogonal experimental desigh was adopted.On the 19th day of differen⁃tiated culture,the leaflets differentiated from the callus one after another,and the callus differentiation reached the maxium on the 28th day,and some calli began to die at the same time.The effect of exogenous hormone on callus differentiation of Liliam pumilum.DC was TDZ>6-BAI>BA.The suitable medium was MS+6-BA 1.5 mg/L+IBA 0.2 mg/L+sucrose 25 g/L,pH=6.8,the differentiation rate reached 72.72%.
