摘　　要：为研究家畜补饲对生产经济效益及肉绒品质的影响,本试验随机选取48只适龄母羊作为试验对象,采用裂区试验设计,主区将母羊划分为补饲组(T_(1),24只)和不补饲组(T_(0),24只),副区将母畜所产仔畜划分为不补饲、15 d、30 d和60 d龄开始补饲,共计8个试验组。结果显示:(1)补饲显著增加了肌肉中粗蛋白、粗脂肪、干物质及水分含量,降低了粗灰分含量;为仔畜补饲是影响家畜出栏时肌肉品质的主因;补饲可增加羊绒细度,对羊绒长度及断裂强力影响较小。(2)依据模型模拟结果,母畜3月份能量需求最大;母畜不补饲,仔畜补饲自60 d龄为最经济补饲方式。但依据肉绒品质及综合效益判断,产羔期(3月份)对母畜补饲,仔畜自60 d龄开始补饲至150 d龄结束为最合理的补饲方式。In order to investigate the effect of supplementary feeding on the economic benefits of livestock production and the quality of meat and wool,48 ewes of appropriate age were randomly selected as objects.The split-plot de⁃sign was adopted for the present study,for the main zone,the ewes were divided into a supplementary feeding group(T_(1),24 ewes)and a non-supplementary feeding group(T_(0),24 ewes).Their kids were used for the sub-district treatments.Briefly,the kids were treated by non-supplementary feeding,or supplementary feeding started from the 15th,30 th or 60 th day after birth,respectively.And a total of 8 experimental groups were formed.The results indi⁃cated that:(1)Supplementary feeding significantly increased the crude protein,crude fat,dry matter and water con⁃tent in the muscle,and decreased the crude ash content;Supplementary feeding for the kids was the main factor af⁃fecting the muscle quality of domestic animals;Feeding increased the fineness of cashmere,while had little effect on the length and breaking strength of cashmere.(2)According to the simulation results of the model,the energy de⁃mand of ewes was the highest in March;Supplementary feeding only for the kids from the 60th day after birth was the most economical way of supplementary feeding.However,based on the quality of the meat and the comprehensive benefits,supplementary feeding for the ewes at the lambing period(March)and for the kids from the 60th to the 150th day after birth was the most reasonable supplementary feeding method.
