菲对水生动物生殖毒性的研究进展

摘　　要：菲是一类在空气、水和土壤中广泛存在的多环芳烃类物质,是石油化工燃料和其他有机材料不完全燃烧时产生和释放的新兴污染物,可对水生动物的生殖、发育和繁衍产生一定毒性效应。菲作为典型的三环多环芳烃,长期胁迫下可通过多种途径影响水生动物生殖发育。本文介绍菲的来源、自身的物理化学性质,对水生动物的性腺、激素水平、繁殖能力产生的毒性效应进行综述,并总结菲的动物生殖毒性的作用机制,旨在为控制多环芳烃污染、保护生态环境提供理论依据。Phenanthrene is a kind of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons that exisit widely in air,water and soil.It is a new pollutant produced and released during incomplete combustion of petrochemical fuels and other organic materi⁃als.It can produce certain toxic effects on reproduction,development and reproduction of aquatic animals.Phenan⁃threne,as a typical polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbon,can affect the reproductive development of aquatic animals through a variety of ways under long-term stress.This paper introduces the origin of phenanthrene,its physical and chemical properties,summarizes the toxic effects of gonad,hormone level and reproductive capacity of aquatic ani⁃mals,and summarizes the mechanism of reproductive toxicity of phenanthrene,so as to provide theoretical basis for controlling polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons pollution and protecting ecological environment.
