摘  要:针对《芪防颗粒质量标准》薄层色谱鉴别中,黄芪甲苷项下的供试品溶液制备方法繁琐、耗时和系统误差大的缺陷,优化其供试品溶液的制备方法。本文对影响黄芪甲苷提取效率的3个主要因素进行枚举并验证,优化制备方法。新方法的专属性、耐用性、重复性试验结果均良好,且耗时短,简单、可靠。可为其他黄芪甲苷含量较低中成药的质量控制提供参考。Aiming at the defects of tedious,time-consuming and systematic error in the TLC identification of astra⁃galoside IV in the quality standard of Qifang granules in the central hospital of Tongchuan Mining Bureau,the prep⁃aration method of astragaloside solution was optimized.In this paper,three main factors affecting the extraction effi⁃ciency of astragaloside IV were enumerated and verified,and the preparation method was optimized.The specificity,durability and repeatability of the new method are good,and it is time-consuming,simple and reliable.It can provide reference for the quality control of other proprietary Chinese medicines with low astragaloside content.
