摘  要:以陕北子长煤为原料,选用Mo基催化剂,讨论了催化剂用量、热解温度、停留时间对热解产物分布的影响,并利用热重对煤催化热解机理进行研究。实验表明,催化剂的加入可以实现煤的定向转化,当催化剂的加入量为4%、热解温度为640℃、停留时间为30 min时,焦油及焦油中轻质油收率最大;热重及热解特性指数P的研究表明,加入催化剂后热解的温度区间缩小,挥发分更容易析出,3种催化剂对煤热解的催化效果为Fe-Mo>Co-Mo>MoO_(3)。Using Zichang coal as raw material and using Mo-based catalyst,the effects of catalyst dosage,pyrolysis temperature and residence time on the distribution of pyrolysis products were discussed,and the mechanism of coal catalytic pyrolysis was studied by thermogravimetry.The experimental results show that the directional conversion of coal can be realized with the addition of catalyst.When the amount of catalyst is 4%,the pyrolysis temperature is 640℃and the residence time is 30 min,the yield of tar and light oil in tar is the highest.The study of thermo⁃gravimetry and pyrolysis characteristic index P shows that the temperature range of pyrolysis is reduced and the vol⁃atile is more easily precipitated after adding catalyst,and the catalytic effect of the three catalysts on coal pyrolysis is Fe-Mo>Co-Mo>MoO_(3).
