摘 要:针对草酸预处理稀土冶炼废水造成处理成本高的问题,本文系统研究了降低草酸消耗量的方法,同时根据草酸钙与硫酸反应的理论基础,研究了反应温度、硫酸过量百分比等条件对草酸钙转化率的影响,并设计了草酸钙循环转化工艺流程。利用经济价值相对较低的硫酸置换经济价值较高的草酸,从而降低了废水处理成本。对于工业实践具有很好的实用价值及指导意义。In view of the high cost of rare earth wastewater treatment caused by oxalic acid pretreatment,the method of reducing oxalic acid consumption was systematically studied in this paper.According to the theoretical basis of the reaction between calcium oxalate and sulfuric acid,the effects of reaction temperature,sulfuric acid excess percentage and other conditions on the conversion rate of calcium oxalate were investigated.The calcium oxalate recycling conversion process was desiged.The results show that using sulfuric acid with relatively low economic value to replace oxalic acid with relatively high economic value can reduce the cost of wastewater treatment.It has good practical value and guiding significance for industrial practice.
