摘 要:全球气候变化导致极端气象事件频发,给电网的运行带来严峻挑战,构建考虑极端气象事件影响的电网仿真系统是提供相应研究平台与数据支撑的重要手段。文章提出了揭示气象事件与电力系统交互影响动态过程的弹性电网仿真框架,建立了气象事件及其与电力系统交互影响过程的模型,基于电力系统仿真软件与编程语言完成了全时域动态交互弹性电网仿真系统的设计开发。系统以冰雪、强风气象为例进行了应用分析,表明其能够提供弹性电网在应对气候变化过程中动态的气象变量以及电气量,并能实现图像化输出,是针对电力系统有效的研究工具。The frequent occurrence of extreme weather events due to global climate change poses a serious challenge to the power grid operation,and a simulation research method for power system considering the impact of extreme weather events need to be constructed to provide corresponding research platform and data support.In this paper,a resilience power grid simulation framework is proposed to reveal the dynamic process of the interaction between weather events and power system,and the model for interaction between weather events and power system is established.The full-time domain dynamic interactive resilience power grid simulation system is designed and developed based on the the power system simulation software and programming language.The related examples deployed in icing weather and strong wind show that the system can provide detailed meteorological variables and electrical quantities of the resilient power grid in response to climate change and output these variables graphically,which is an effective research tool for power grid system.
