摘  要:光纤感知技术与生物体相结合的生物监测系统可用于水体污染物监测,该技术是提高水质监测准确度与效率的有效方法。根据水质监测技术需求,文章以河蚌为样本生物体,研究了一种新型贝类生命体征在线生物监测系统,通过设计基于光纤感知技术的传感器探头来测量光纤光栅波长的变化,监测目标生物的生理特征,获取了河蚌生命体在水体中的生活规律,从而间接获取反映水质变化的信息。结果表明:在水质无明显污染时,所呈现的监测数据较为稳定,光纤光栅波长的波动范围为0~140 pm;在水质中加入混合泥沙物后,光纤光栅波长的波动范围>0~320 pm,验证了水质的改变会影响河蚌生理特征;该系统通过光纤光栅解调模块可实现生物体瞬时反应的监测,能够有效地提升测量精度,为一种高效、稳定、实时的监测手段。The biological monitoring system that combined optical fiber sensing technology with organisms can be used for water pollutant monitoring.This technology is an effective measurement to improve the accuracy and efficiency of water quality monitoring.According to the requirements of water quality monitoring technology,this paper uses mussels as sample organisms to study a new type of shellfish vital signs online biological monitoring system.A sensor probe is designed basedon optical fiber sensing technology to measure the change of fiber grating wavelength and monitor the target.The biological characteristics of organisms can obtain the living law of mussel life in the water body,thereby indirectly obtain the information reflecting the changes in water quality.The results show that when the water quality is without obvious pollution,the monitoring data is relatively stable,and the wavelength change range of fiber grating is 0-140 pm.When mixed sediment is added to the water quality,the monitoring data fluctuate significantly,and the wavelength change range of fiber grating is 0-320 pm.The system verified the hypothesis that the change of water quality would affect the physiological characteristics of freshwater mussels.The system can monitor the instantaneous reaction of organisms through the fiber grating demodulation module,which can effectively improve the precision of monitoring,and is an efficient,stable and real-time means.
