摘　　要：近年来,河北省及周边地区鸡群相继出现一类以小肠黏膜出血为特征的病毒性疾病,笔者暂称为鸡病毒性小肠出血综合征(CVES)。目前引起CVES的病毒种类尚未完全明确,但已知星状病毒(AstV)、轮状病毒(RV)、禽呼肠孤病毒(AReV)、传染性支气管炎病毒(IBV)、细小病毒(PV)、禽腺病毒(FAdV)可单独或以不同组合形式引发本病。文章对引起CVES的上述病毒的结构、致病机理、检测方法进行了总结,并对未知病毒分析策略进行了综述,以期为肠道疾病的防控提供参考。In recent years,a type of viral disease characterized by small intestinal mucosal hemorrhage had appeared in chicken flocks in Hebei and surrounding areas,which was in this article temporarily referred to as chicken viral enterohaemorrhage syndrome(CVES).At present,the type of virus that caused CVES was not fully clear,but known Astrovirus(AstV),Rotavirus(RV),Avian reovirus(AReV),Infectious bronchitis virus(IBV),Parvovirus(PV),Fowl adenovirus(FAdV),can cause the disease alone or in different combinations.The article summarized the structure,pathogenic mechanism,and detection methods of the above-mentioned viruses involved in CVES,and presented the analysis strategy of unknown viruses,hoping to provide a reference for the prevention and control of intestinal diseases.
