摘　　要：在羔羊时期,对母羔进行超数排卵、体外胚胎培养及移植等一系列的技术操作,称之为羔羊的超数排卵及体外胚胎生产技术(juvenile in vitro embryo technology,JIVET)。利用JIVET能够快速繁殖优秀种畜、缩短育种世代间隔、保护遗传资源,在遗传育种方面有巨大的优势,应用前景广阔。文章对羔羊JIVET的原理进行了综述,并分析了影响该技术应用效率的主要因素,以期为改进和发展羊JIVET提供参考。In the lambing period,a series of technical operations,such as superovulation,in vitro embryo culture and transfer,are carried out on female lambs,which are called juvenile in vitro embryo technology(JIVET).JIVET technology can rapidly breed excellent breeding stock,shorten breeding generation interval and protect genetic resources,which has great advantages in genetic breeding and broad application prospects.In this paper,the principle of lamb superovulation and in vitro embryo production technology were reviewed,and the main factors affecting the application efficiency of this technology were analyzed,in order to provide reference for improving and developing sheep JIVET technology.
