摘  要:为了确定湖北省某规模化猪场病死猪的发病原因,试验调查了猪场大体概况,解剖发病猪采集肺脏、气管等病料,并进行细菌分离、纯化,采用分子生物学方法进行核酸检测及血清型鉴定,利用药敏试验分析分离菌对常用抗菌药物的耐药性并提出防治方案。结果表明:从样品中未检测到病毒核酸,仅检测到细菌核酸,经测定该猪场病死猪混合感染了猪多杀性巴氏杆菌(Pasteurella multocida,Pm)和猪链球菌(Streptococcus suis,SS),其中Pm的荚膜多糖基因型为D型,SS为血清9型;分离株Pm-D和SS-9对氧氟沙星、强力霉素、恩诺沙星、头孢拉定较敏感。根据药敏试验结果并结合该猪场情况提出综合防控意见,采用后发病猪病情得到有效控制。说明毒力较强的细菌原发致病可造成较大危害,药敏试验对于细菌性疾病的快速治疗和预防起到了至关重要的作用。In order to determine the cause of the disease and death of pigs with respiratory symptoms on a large-scale pig farm in Hubei Province,the experiment investigated the general situation of the pig farm,dissected the diseased pigs and collected disease materials such as lungs and trachea,and carried out bacterial isolation and purification.Molecular biology methods were used for nucleic acid detection and serotype identification,and drug susceptibility tests were used to analyze the resistance of isolated bacteria to commonly used antibacterial drugs and propose prevention and treatment plans.The results showed that no viral nucleic acid was detected from the sample,but bacterial nucleic acid was detected;it was determined that the dead pigs of the pig farm were infected by Pasteurella multocida(Pm)and Streptococcus suis(SS).Among them,the capsular polysaccharide genotype of Pm was type D,and the genotype of SS was serotype 9;the isolates Pm-D and SS-9 were more sensitive to ofloxacin,doxycycline,enrofloxacin,and cefradine.According to the results of the drug susceptibility test and combined with the situation of the pig farm,comprehensive prevention and control opinions were put forward;after adoption,the disease situation was effectively controlled.The results suggested that the primary disease caused by the more virulent bacteria can cause greater harm,and the drug susceptibility test plays a vital role in the rapid treatment and prevention of bacterial diseases.
