摘 要:为了研究白细胞介素-2(IL-2)在油苗免疫中降低免疫不良反应、提高免疫效果和防止产蛋量下降方面的作用,试验将蛋种鸡随机分成对照组、试验1组和试验2组,每组30只,3组鸡均接种新城疫(ND)-禽流感(AI)二联灭活疫苗和重组禽流感三价灭活疫苗,其中试验1组鸡在免疫的同时胸部肌肉注射IL-2,试验2组在免疫的同时口服IL-2。免疫前7天按组收集1周的产蛋率数据,免疫后按组收集4周的产蛋率数据。免疫前1天和免疫后第28天对每只鸡翅静脉采血,采用血凝和血凝抑制试验检测鸡群免疫前后新城疫和禽流感H9、H7、H5N1 Re-11和H5N1 Re-12亚型抗体水平变化情况。结果表明:各组产蛋率差异不显著(P>0.05),各组鸡新城疫抗体效价差异不显著(P>0.05),试验1组鸡群的禽流感H9、H5N1 Re-11、H5N1 Re-12、H7亚型抗体效价均显著或极显著高于对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01),试验2组除禽流感H9亚型抗体效价显著低于试验1组外(P<0.05),其他禽流感亚型的抗体效价两组间差异不显著(P>0.05)。说明鸡群在免疫的同时使用IL-2没有阻止产蛋率下降,不能提高新城疫-禽流感二联灭活疫苗的免疫效果;但在免疫的同时胸部肌肉注射IL-2能提高重组禽流感三价灭活疫苗的免疫效果,口服IL-2不能提高重组禽流感三价灭活疫苗的免疫效果。In order to study the role of interleukin-2(IL-2)in reducing adverse immune reactions,improving the immune effect and preventing the decline in egg production in oil vaccine immunity,in the experiment,layers were randomly divided into the control group,test group 1 and test group 2,each with 30 chickens,and all chickens were immunized by chest intramuscular injection.Chickens in 3 groups were all vaccinated with Newcastle disease(ND)-avian influenza(AI)combined inactivated vaccine and recombinant avian influenza trivalent inactivated vaccine.Among them,the chickens in the test group 1 were injected with IL-2 into the chest muscle while being immunized,and the chickens in the test group 2 were orally given IL-2.Laying rate data for 1 week was collected by group 7 days before immunization,and laying rate data for 4 weeks was collected by group after immunization.Blood was collected from each chicken’s wing vein 1 day before immunization and on the 28 th day after immunization.Hemagglutination and hemagglutination inhibition tests were used to detect the changes of ND,H9,H7,H5 N1 Re-11 and H5 N1 Re-12 subtypes.The results showed that the egg production rate of each group was not significantly different(P>0.05),and the titers of newcastle disease antibodies in each group were not significantly different(P>0.05);the antibody titers of H9,H5 N1 Re-11,H5 N1 Re-12,and H7 subtypes in experimental group 1 were significantly or extremely significant higher than those in control group(P<0.05 or P<0.01);During group 2,only the antibody titers of H9 subtypes was significant lower than group 1(P<0.05),there was no significant difference during bird flu subtypes(P>0.05).It shows that the use of IL-2 while immunizing chickens did not prevent the decrease in egg production and could not improve the immune effect of the Newcastle Disease-Avian Influenza combined inactivated vaccine.However,IL-2 injection into the chest muscle while immunizing can improve recombinant avian influenza.The immune effect of the trivalent inactivated v
