摘　　要：介绍了在线浓度检测仪的原理及其在过氧化氢生产中氢化效率和萃取液浓度分析的工业应用实践,对照分析了国内蒽醌法过氧化氢生产工艺中氢化效率和萃取液浓度的分析化验与在线检测现状,提出了过氧化氢装置自动化及安全性提升的建议。The principle of the on-line concentration analyzer and its industrial application practice in analysis of hydrogenation efficiency and extract concentration during hydrogen peroxide production were introduced.The present situation of the analysis assay and on-line determination of hydrogenation efficiency and extract concentration in domestic hydrogen peroxide production by anthraquinone process was comparatively analyzed.The suggestions for improving the automation and safety of hydrogen peroxide plant were put forward.
