耐水白聚合物乳液压敏胶的制备与性能研究

摘　　要：以丙烯酸异辛酯、丙烯酸丁酯和苯乙烯为主要聚合单体,采用半连续种子乳液聚合法制备了固含量约为50%的苯丙乳液压敏胶粘剂,考察了功能单体丙烯酸羟丙酯和丙烯酸、可聚合乳化剂以及乳液pH、乳胶膜厚度对乳液压敏胶的粘接性能、特别是耐水白性能的影响。研究结果表明:当湿膜厚度为30μm时,自制乳液压敏胶样的初粘力达到11号球,剥离强度在8 N·(25 mm)^(-1)以上,基本与外样相近;而持粘力超过99 h,室温耐水白达5 d以上,远远超过外样。特别是自制乳液压敏胶样品在60℃热水中耐水白可达6 h以上,而在90℃热水中存放1 h不会影响其透明性。Styrene acrylic emulsion pressure sensitive adhesive with solid content of about 50%was prepared by semi-continuous seeded emulsion polymerization method using isooctyl acrylate,butyl acrylate and styrene as main polymerization monomers.The effects of functional monomers including hydroxypropyl acrylate and acrylic acid,polymerizable emulsifier,pH value of the emulsion,and latex film thickness on the adhesion properties of emulsion pressure sensitive adhesive,especially water-whitening resistance,were investigated.The research results showed that,when the wet film thickness was 30μm,the initial tack of the self-made emulsion pressure sensitive adhesive sample reached the No.11 ball,the peel strength was above 8 N·(25 mm)^(-1),which were basically similar to the external sample.The holding strength exceeded 99 hours,and water-whitening resistance at room temperature was more than 5 days,which was far more than that of the external sample.In particular,the self-made emulsion pressure sensitive adhesive sample could withstand water-whitening for more than 6 hours in hot water at60℃,while storing in hot water at 90℃for 1 hour would not affect its transparency.
