摘  要:采用80℃热老化、湿热老化和80℃水浴老化等三种老化方式对干挂石材系统用的两种胶粘剂(包括干挂胶和云石胶)进行实验室加速老化试验,通过对不同老化程度的试件进行力学性能测试,确定了胶粘剂的剪切强度和弯曲强度在不同老化条件下随时间的变化趋势。借助动态热机械分析仪(DMA)研究了胶粘剂的热稳定性,表征了胶粘剂各老化阶段的储能模量和损耗因子随时间的变化。研究结果表明:水浴能更快加速石材用胶粘剂的老化,且对剪切强度的影响要大于弯曲强度,水浴3 d的强度与热处理4000 h和湿热处理3000 h大致相当。DMA可以较好地表征胶粘剂微观结构在老化过程中的热稳定性,并能与宏观力学性能的变化建立较好的联系。Two kinds of adhesive used for dry-fixing stone material,including dry-fixing adhesive and marble glue,were studied by the laboratory accelerated aging test,namely three aging methods of thermal aging at 80℃,hygrothermal aging and water bath aging at 80℃.By testing the mechanical properties of the specimens with different aging degrees,the changing trend of shear strength and bending strength of the adhesive with time under different aging conditions was determined.The thermal stability of adhesive was studied by dynamic thermomechanical analyzer(DMA),and the change of the energy storage modulus and loss factor with time was characterized.The research results showed that water bath could accelerate the aging of adhesive for stone material much faster,and its effect on shear strength was greater than that on bending strength.The strength of water bath for 3 days was roughly equivalent to that of heat treatment for 4000 hours and hygrothermal treatment for 3000 hours.DMA could better characterize the thermal stability of adhesive microstructure in the aging process,and could establish a good relationship with the change of macro mechanical properties.
