摘　　要：探讨了乳液、增黏树脂、填料及增稠剂对地板胶性能的影响。研究结果表明:当以半连续种子乳液聚合方法制备的丙烯酸酯乳液为主体乳液,松香溶液作为增黏树脂,m(1000目重钙)∶m(325目重钙)=2∶1作为补强填料,膨润土和ASE-60同时作为增稠剂时,制得的水性地板胶综合性能较佳,具有很好的初粘性能和对基材的附着力,且粘接强度优异。The effects of emulsion,tackifying resin,filler and thickening agent on the properties of floor adhesive were discussed.The research results showed that when the acrylate emulsion prepared by semi continuous seed emulsion polymerization was used as the main emulsion,rosin solution was used as tackifying resin,m(1000 mesh heavy calcium)∶m(325 mesh heavy calcium)=2∶1 as reinforcing filler,bentonite and ASE-60 were used as thickening agent,the prepared waterborne floor adhesive had good comprehensive properties,good initial adhesion and adhesion to substrate,and excellent bonding strength.
