八年制临床医学皮肤病与性病学专业临床能力考核的常见问题与评价

摘　　要：分析2012~2020年期间,12名八年制临床医学皮肤病与性病学专业临床能力考核的常见问题。从临床基本技能、病例答辩、病历评估和辅助诊断考核等方面组织本专业临床能力考核,并逐一评价各个环节的常见问题。所有12名八年制临床医学皮肤病与性病学专业医学生临床能力考核最终成绩均高于85分(最低85分,最高93.70分,平均90.21分),达到了《中山大学八年制临床二级学科培养方案》的规定和要求;但也提示八年制临床医学皮肤病与性病学专业医学生临床能力仍存在欠缺,其临床基础知识仍需夯实。To analyze the common problems in the clinical ability examination of 12 students with clinical medical of eight-year programs of Dermatology and venereology during 2012-2020.Organize the clinical ability examination of the specialty from the aspects of basic clinical skills,case defense,medical record assessment and auxiliary diagnosis assessment,and evaluate the common problems in each link one by one.The final scores of all 12 students with clinical medical of eight-year programs of Dermatology and venereology were higher than 85 points(the lowest 85 points,the highest 93.70 points,the average 90.21 points).It has met the requirements of the eight-year clinical secondary discipline training program of Sun Yat-sen University.However,it is also suggested that the clinical ability of clinical medical of eight-year programs of Dermatology and venereology is still lacking,and their basic clinical knowledge needs to be consolidated.
