摘  要:以成都露天音乐广场主舞台索网工程为研究对象,从索网工程施工难点、质量控制方法、施工过程等几个方面进行了分析;该工程涉及了索网结构尺寸、组装、提升、张拉等方面的质量控制措施和原则。同时,针对受限空间索网施工难度大、周期长的问题,提出了合理的索网展铺和提升方法;并采用有限元分析与监控监测相结合的方式来保证索网施工的安全与质量。研究结果显示,索网结构成型后,索力大小以及结构主要控制点位移变化值均满足设计要求,双曲拱线性控制良好,索网施工效率提高了26.7%。研究成果可为我国以后类似索网结构的加工制造及施工应用提供技术参考。This paper takes a cable-net project of the main stage of Chengdu Open-Air Music Plaza as the research object.From several aspects, including construction difficulty, quality control method and construction process of cable-net engineering, etc.,the project analyzes the quality control measures and principles of cable-net structure size, assembly, lifting and tension.At the same time, due to the difficulty and long period of cable-net construction in confined space, a reasonable method of cable-net spreading and lifting is proposed, and the safety and quality of cable-net construction are ensured by comparing the finite element analysis results with the monitored data.The results show that the cable force and displacement of the main control points of the cable-net structure meet the design requirements.The linear control of the double-curvature arch is good, and the construction efficiency of the cable-net is improved by 26.7%.This research results can provide a technical reference for the manufacture and similar construction applications of cable-net structures in China.
