摘 要:单层双向正交索网结构是由两个方向的正交拉索组合而成的索网体系,其成型过程与约束形式、成型方法等密切相关,需要通过大量仿真计算分析来确定成型方法。国家速滑馆屋盖是由单层双向正交马鞍形索网、环桁架及幕墙索组成的组合结构体系,结构跨度为124 m×198 m,是目前世界上最大跨度的单层双向正交索网结构。为了制定行之有效的施工方案,采用有限元软件MIDAS/Gen,对该索网结构的施工过程进行了详细的仿真计算分析,对多种成型方法进行了比选,并对不同的支座约束形式进行了计算分析,最终确定了"地面组装索网,承重索整体提升,稳定索同步张拉"的施工方法。对该施工成型方法进行了全过程仿真计算分析,成型过程中支座仅承受竖向力,配重挂完后,进行支座锁死。计算结果与实际监测结果的对比分析表明:采用该索网成型方法不仅可以保证结构成型状态满足图纸要求,而且可以确保施工过程的安全可靠。Single-layer bidirectional orthogonal cable net structure is a cable net system composed of two orthogonal cables.The structure forming process is closely related to constraint form and forming method.It is necessary to determine the forming method through a large number of simulation analysis.The roof of the National Speed Skating Oval is a composite structure system composed of single-layer bidirectional orthogonal saddle-shaped cable net,ring truss and curtain wall cables.The roof cable net structure spans 124 m×198 m,is the largest single-layer bidirectional orthogonal cable net structure in the world.In order to formulate an effective construction plan,the finite element software of MIDAS/Gen is used to simulate and analyze the construction process of the cable net structure in detail.Compare and select various forming methods,and calculate and analyze the different restraint forms of the supports.Finally,the construction method of"ground assembly cable net,integral lifting of load-bearing cable,synchronous tension of stable cable"is determined.The whole process of simulation calculation and analysis is carried out.In the process of forming,the bearing bears only vertical force.After the counterweight is hung up,the bearing is locked.The comparison between the results of calculation and the actual monitoring results shows that the cable net forming method can not only ensure that the forming state of structure meets the requirements of the drawing,but also ensure the safety and reliability of the construction process.
