摘　　要：606除渣器的主要缺陷是除渣嘴易堵塞和纤维流失严重,改进后的606除渣器去掉了除渣嘴,加装了一套自动排渣除渣罐,进行PLC自动控制间断性排渣,同时增加了一套低浓自动沉降除渣槽,基本无纤维流失,经济效益明显。The defects of the original 606 cleaner is introduced,that is the tailing removal nozzle of the original 606 cleaner is easy to block and the fiber loss is serious.The improved 606 cleaner has removed the tailing removal nozzle,and installed a set of automatic tailing discharge pot for PLC automatic control of intermittent tailing discharge.At the same time,a set of low concentration automatic settlement tailing removal tank is added to further optimize,so that there is basically no fiber loss,the economic benefit is obvious.
