摘 要:本文以化学法制浆造纸厂二沉池出水芬顿处理产生的铁泥为研究对象,采用元素分析仪和X射线荧光分析仪(XRF)分析发现芬顿铁泥的铁含量可达26.90%,采用X射线衍射仪(XRD)、傅里叶变换红外光谱仪(FT-IR)和扫描电子显微镜(SEM)分析发现芬顿铁泥中的Fe主要是以无定形铁氧化物存在。针对芬顿铁泥特点,提出酸处理芬顿铁污泥并将其回用为污泥调理剂的思路,并得到酸处理的适宜条件为硫酸与绝干芬顿铁泥的质量比0.56 g·g^(-1),常温反应2 h,在此条件下铁溶出率可达64%左右。酸处理后芬顿铁泥与阳离子聚丙烯酰胺(CPAM)复配调理,各自投加量分别为1.37%和0.6 g·kg^(-1)时,污泥比阻可降为初始值的16.05%,而且此时芬顿铁泥中难降解有机物可以被滤饼截留,对滤液的COD值影响较小。故将制浆造纸厂芬顿铁泥回用于污泥调理的方法是可行的。In the Fenton oxidation treatment process of pulp and paper wastewater,a large amount of iron-rich sludge will be produced.And it’s difficult to dewater.Fenton iron sludge from chemical pulp and paper industry was studied.Through Element Analyzer and X-ray Fluorescence(XRF)analysis methods,an iron content of 29.60%in the Fenton sludge was found.X-ray Diffraction(XRD),Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy(FT-IR)and Scanning Electron Microscope(SEM)analysis showed that iron mainly existed as amorphous iron oxide.According to its characteristics,recycling of the Fenton iron sludge as sludge conditioning agents after acidification treatment was researched.Results showed that the optimal condition for acid treatment of Fenton sludge was mass ratio of sulfuric acid and dry sludge 0.56 g·g^(-1),reaction time 2 h and room temperature.In this condition,64%or so of the total iron in the sludge can be leached into the solution.Sludge conditioning was performed with acid treated Fenton sludge and cationic polyacrylamide(CPAM).When the dosage of acid treated Fenton sludge was 1.37%and the dosage of CPAM was 0.6 g·kg^(-1),the specific resistance of excess sludge can be reduced to 16.05%of the initial specific resistance.In this condition,the refractory organics in Fenton iron sludge can be intercepted by the filter cake,which has little effect on COD value of filtrate.The result showed that recycling as conditioning agents is a feasible process for the iron-rich sludge from pulp and paper mills.
