摘  要:介绍IC厌氧反应器基本构造与工作原理。在废纸造纸废水工程实践中,通过接种高浓度厌氧颗粒污泥,严格控制温度、pH值、营养盐、进出水量以及密切监测COD浓度、VFA等水质指标,成功完成IC反应器调试运行。IC反应器独特的内循环系统和两级三相分离结构处理废纸造纸废水效果良好,系统运行稳定;COD去除率稳定在69.54%~75.65%。Introduce structure and working principle of IC Reactor.Start-up of IC Reactor was successfully completed by inoculating high concentration granular sludge,strictly controlling temperature,pH value,nutrients,flow and closely monitoring water quality indexes of COD concentration,VFA in the engineering practice of recycled papermaking wastewater treatment.The unique internal circulation system and two-stage three-phase separation structure of IC reactor makes a good performance in recycled papermaking wastewater treatment,and the system runs stably;COD removal rate is 69.54%~75.65%.
