摘  要:对预时效处理T4P状态与未处理T4状态的6008合金吸能元件做对比试验。结果表明,T4P状态经后期人工时效处理后屈服强度提前达到270MPa,且抗拉强度较大,因此屈强比较小,成性性能较好;进而压溃试验峰值载荷相同条件下,下压量为60%时,T4P+T6状态压溃试样褶皱较均匀,肉眼可见的裂纹细微,相对应的载荷曲线周期性强,波动幅度最大,吸收的能量最高。In this paper,by comparing the pre-aged T4P state with the untreated T4 state 6008 alloy energy-absorbing element,the test results show that the yield strength of T4P state reaches 270MPa in advance after the artificial aging treatmen,and the tensile strength is large,so the buckling strength is relatively small and the forming property is good.Furthermore,under the same condition of the peak load of the crush test,when the amount of pressure is 60%,the folds of the crushed sample in the T4P+T6 state are more uniform,the cracks visible to the naked eye are fine,the corresponding load curve is strongly periodic,the fluctuation amplitude is the largest,and the absorption Has the highest energy.
