摘 要:通过高能球磨法制备了多元掺杂高比重W-Cu-Ni/Y_(2)O_(3)粉末,经放电等离子烧结制得高比重W-Cu-Ni/Y_(2)O_(3)复合材料,研究分析了材料显微组织、晶体结构和力学性能。结果表明:掺杂质量分数1.5%Zr、1.5%Ti元素所制备的粉体具有良好的烧结性能,经SPS烧结后相对密度超过99.5%。同时,所制得的复合材料具有更好的力学性能,硬度达657.8HV,400℃时抗拉强度302.78 MPa。W-Cu-Ni/Y_(2)O_(3) powder with high specific gravity was prepared by high-energy ball milling.Then,W-Cu-Ni/Y_(2)O_(3)composites with high specific gravity were prepared by spark plasma sintering.The microstructure,crystal structure and mechanical properties of the materials were analyzed.The results show that the powders doped with 1.5%Zr and 1.5%Ti have good sintering properties,and the density after SPS sintering exceeds 99.5%.At the same time,the composite material has better mechanical properties,with hardness of 657.8HV and tensile strength of 302.78 MPa at 400℃.
