大学生健康教育内容体系构建研究

摘　　要：目的构建大学生健康教育内容体系,为进一步制定大学生健康教育课程体系提供参考依据。方法应用文献研究法、共词分析法初步拟定内容体系条目池,采用德尔菲法对条目进行筛选与调整,选用层次分析法计算条目权重。结果2轮咨询专家积极系数分别为64.10%和100.00%,专家意见协调系数由0.329升至0.355(P均<0.05),专家权威程度0.89,最终大学生健康教育内容体系包括4项一级条目,11项二级条目,40项三级条目,计算权重时各判断矩阵均通过一致性检验,一级条目健康水平提升、心理健康促进、生命与安全教育、科学知识普及权重依次为26.68%、25.60%、24.30%、23.42%,内容体系内部一致性信度0.946。结论大学生健康教育内容体系内容充实合理,专家咨询结果可靠,权重计算方法得当,可作为构建大学生健康教育课程体系的参考依据。Objective To establish health education content system for college students,and provide a reference for further development in health education curriculum system for college students.Methods Literature research method and co-keyword analysis were used to initially draft the content system items.2 rounds of Delphi were used to filter and adjust items,and AHP was used to calculate the weights of items.Results The effective response rate of 2 rounds of consulting experts were 64.10%and 100.00%,respectively.Expert opinion coordination coefficients rose from 0.329(P<0.05)to0.355(P<0.05),and expert authority coefficient was 0.89.The content system included 4 first-level items,11 secondlevel items,and 40 third-level items,all judgment matrices for calculating weights passed the consistency test,and the weights of the first-level items were 26.68%,25.60%,24.30%,23.42%,respectively.Coefficient of internal consistency of the content system was 0.946.Conclusion The content system of health education for college students is substantial and reasonable,the results of expert consultation are reliable,and the weight calculation method is scientific and appropriate.It provides a reference for further development of health education curriculum system for college students.
