摘　　要：通过一起口腔诊所使用非卫生技术人员开展诊疗活动案例分析,探讨调查取证、法律适用等方面的问题,以期为查处同类违法案件提供借鉴和参考。Through the case analysis of a dental clinic using non-health technicians to take diagnosis and treatment activities.This paper discusses the evidence from investigation,law application and others,in order to provide reference for investigating similar illegal cases.
