摘　　要：通过分析一起应急响应期间某诊所未采取控制措施且情节严重案,探讨当前发生突发公共卫生事件时应对存在的不足,对如何更好的应对突发公共卫生事件提出建议,以期为处理相关案件提供参考依据。Through the analysis about a serious case in which a clinic did not take control measures during the secondary emergency response period,we explored the current deficiencies in response to public health emergencies,and made suggestions on how to better respond to public health emergencies,so as to provide reference for handling relevant cases.
