摘 要:针对煤矿矸石堆放占用土地、破坏地表生态环境等问题,神东矿区研究应用了矸石处理和重复利用技术。通过优化巷道设计和设备配套,从源头上减少矸石的产生;施工专用排矸巷用于排放井下可分装分运的矸石,以备井下施工使用,实现了矸石零升井;将地面洗选出的矸石重新输送到井下,用于充填开采,也可用作地面制砖的材料。通过采取以上措施,解决了神东矿区井下矸石处理技术难题和矸石排放造成的环境问题。Aiming at the problems of land occupation by coal gangue stacking and destruction of the surface ecological environment,Shendong mining area has researched and applied gangue treatment and reuse technology.By optimizing the roadway design and equipment matching,the generation of gangue can be reduced from the source;the gangue discharging roadway is constructed for gangue that can be redistributed and used for underground construction,realizing zero-lift gangue.The gangue from coal preparation on ground is transported underground for filling and mining,and it can also be used as a ground brick material.Through the above measures,the technical problems of underground gangue treatment in Shendong mining area and the environmental problems caused by gangue discharge have been solved.
