摘 要:针对选煤厂煤仓仓位检测及配仓小车运行控制的现实问题,设计了一套煤位连续检测的煤仓块煤精准落煤自动控制系统,对移动检测仓位过程建立数学模型,将仓位信息与配仓小车自动化控制联系起来,能够通过随车安装雷达料位计收取的仓位信号实时调整小车运行速度,实现控制工艺和仓位数据的协同,另外对配仓小车定位误差问题及料位计仓位误差问题进行了分析和处理,提高了系统精度。赵庄矿选煤厂的现场运行表明,该系统能够实现煤仓仓位监测与配仓小车自动化控制的协同一体,小车自动化运行及精准落煤情况良好,仓位检测准确,同时减少了传感器件数量,降低了维护成本,节省了人力物力。Aiming at the practical problems of coal bunker position detection and operation control of distribution warehouse vehicle,a set of automatic control system is designed for precise lump coal falling in coal bunker,a mathematical model of mobile coal level detection is established,and the coal level information is related to the automatic control of the distribution warehouse,the vehicle speed can be adjusted in real-time according to the position signal data received by the radar level meter,thus the synergy of control process and positioning data is realized.Then,the problems in positioning error of storehouse vehicle and level gage are analyzed and processed,to improve the system accuracy.The field operation in Zhaozhuang Coal Preparation Plant shows that the system can realize the coordination between the warehouse position monitoring and the automatic control of the warehouse vehicle.The operation in automatic operation of the warehouse vehicle and precise coal falling is good,and the position detection is accurate.Meanwhile,the maintenance cost is reduced,with less sensors,manpower and material resources.
